CATCH A NEW RISING STAR - ROUND 7 begins on Thursday, February 19. This is open to amateur performers. You get five minute spots, and the audience determines the two winners every week. If you don't win your first time up, you can sign up again, assuming there are spots available. Because the video element was so well-received in Round 6, we'll be doing it again in Round 7 - meaning that 22 performers will make it into the semi-finals. You can also start signing up for that now, if you're interested. 

COMEDY BOOT CAMP MASTER CLASS 4: This time around, I'm running the MASTER CLASS separately from the regular BOOT CAMP.  7PM start time, and just for CBC GRADUATES. A six-week run, starting January 20 and ending February 24.

The fee is $150 for the six weeks, or $35 per week if you'd prefer to go that route.

I need at least six folks in the class to make it work, so let me know if you'll be attending, as soon as you can.

MID-WEEK MADNESS: Something new this year for Wednesday nights. MID-WEEK MADNESS will be an eclectic mix of entertainment - including improv comedy, musicians, magicians, mentalists and more - and of course, stand-up comedy. MID-WEEK MADNESS starts January 14 and runs through March 25. If you're interested in a spot, you can start signing up now. We're talking about 7 minute spots for the stand-up. There will also be a "bounty" offered based on the number of audience members you can bring with you - but that's not a requirement.
